We had a great experience with Dr. Woo. Both my kids had braces. Each time we came for an office visit, the staff was very friendly, knew who we were before we checked in, and made sure we were able to get appointments around our school schedule. What made this experience extra special, is that my sons orthodontics were the result of his cleft palate. His case was very challenging as a lot of moving around was needed to align his teeth, if successful, he could potentially avoid jaw surgery down the road. Dr. Woo was successful in the alignment of his teeth and we are so incredibly grateful.

After decades of living with a unique and complicated cross-bite, Dr. Woo figured out how to correct it using only orthodontia and no surgery! He is an experienced and thoughtful orthodontist. Supported by a friendly and professional staff, Dr. Woo and team made my orthodontic experience successful and down right pleasant!

Today I got my braces off, but it wasn’t just straightening teeth. Dr. Woo coordinated with Dr. Brad Williams at Kaiser to surgically reposition my jaw. The whole process was so worth it and Dr. Woo and his ENTIRE staff has been phenomenal the whole time. I am extremely grateful for their services. Hands down the best around!

The waiting room and treatment chairs are very comfortable. The décor is relaxing. Everyone makes the experience pleasant and delightful. So glad to have been treated with courtesy and kindness by Dr. Woo and staff. They are fun folks, too!

I can not put into words the excellent customer service that I received from Dr. D, Donna, Mary and the staff. I had braces before and had a really bad experience. However, Dr. D listened to what I wanted and figured out a way to work within my budget. He was exceptionally compassionate, friendly and kind. I must admit I dreaded orthodontia for my child. I had heard stories from other parents of cost creep and feeling stuck. Petaluma Orthodontics (Dr. Woo) has been terrific. They did a wonderful evaluation and never pushed to start treatment. In fact they waited until my child had the best possibility of having the shortest treatment time possible. The fees were explained in detail.
During treatment the staff does everything they can to make sure the treatment goes well. My child loved the reward system they had and was motivated to participate in his own treatment. He has just moved to the retainer phase and we couldn’t be happier.
