We had a great experience at Dr. Woo, Dr. Debarardini’s office. A few years before our son had his braces put on, Dr. Woo provided a free consultation to inform us what our son would need. They followed up a year later to check in and have him come back for another free consultation. We knew that he would need braces for 24-30 months and the overall experience with the doctors and staff was great! Our son got his braces off in 24 months because he followed all of the ‘plan’ of what he needed to do. They offered an interest free payment plan, which billed us the difference between what our insurance covered and what is out of pocket – very convenient. Office is very clean and professional. The staff are very attentive and personable, remembering everyone’s name. Appointments were easy to make and change if necessary and they follow up with reminders. I rarely got voice mail when I called, but when I did, I received a call back fairly quickly. I highly recommend Petaluma Orthodontics!!
